Purchase the $25 Custom Design Deposit to begin your personalized design experience. Tell us what you're envisioning, select your product type, and provide your requested completion date.
Your deposit includes custom design services and up to three rounds of revisions before final approval.
Please Note:
The $25 design deposit is nonrefundable and applies toward the final purchase price of your physical product.
The deposit is not the total cost of your finished product.
Final pricing depends on the product, design requirements, and quantity.
All custom design work remains the intellectual property of Lowcountry Showers. Digital design files are not included.

Custom Design Process
How Custom Orders Work
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Purchase the $25 nonrefundable Custom Design Deposit and provide your product type, design details, and requested completion date. Each deposit covers one custom design request.
Step 2: Design Creation
Lowcountry Showers reviews your request and begins creating your custom design immediately. We may contact you for additional information or reference images.
Step 3: Review & Revisions
Review your design and request any necessary adjustments. Your deposit includes up to three rounds of revisions before final design approval. Additional revision rounds are $10 each.
Step 4: Final Approval
Once your design is finalized, you must approve it within 48 hours of receiving it. This timeframe may be shortened depending on your requested completion date.
Step 5: Final Payment & Production
After final design approval, you'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance, with your $25 deposit credited toward the total purchase price.
The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Production begins only after full payment is received.
Please Note: The $25 deposit is not the full purchase price of your finished product. Requested completion dates are subject to confirmation by Lowcountry Showers.

Custom Design Policy & Terms
Nonrefundable Design Deposit
A $25 nonrefundable design deposit is required before custom design work begins. Design services begin immediately upon receipt of your order.
The deposit covers one custom design request and will be credited toward the final purchase price of your physical product.
Deposits are nonrefundable if a customer cancels, changes their mind, or decides not to proceed with the finished product, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Revisions & Additional Fees
Each custom design includes up to three rounds of revisions before final design approval.
A revision round may include adjustments to colors, wording, placement, layout, or other existing design elements.
Additional revision rounds are $10 each and must be paid before the additional revisions are completed.
Requests that remove or replace the core elements of the original design are considered a new design and require a new $25 design deposit.
Once the final design has been approved, the three included revision rounds expire. Any subsequent changes are subject to additional fees and may affect production timelines.
Design Approval
Customers must approve the final design within 48 hours of receiving it. Approval deadlines may be shortened based on the requested completion date.
Final design approval confirms acceptance of the design's wording, colors, layout, and overall appearance.
Once approved, the design is considered final. Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees or production delays.
Final approval authorizes Lowcountry Showers to proceed with production once full payment is received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance, less the $25 design deposit, must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the final invoice.
Production will not begin until full payment is received.
Failure to pay within the required timeframe may result in order delays or cancellation. The original design deposit remains nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.
Design Ownership & Digital Files
All original digital designs created by Lowcountry Showers remain the intellectual property of Lowcountry Showers.
Customers are purchasing custom design services and the finished physical product, not ownership of the digital artwork.
Digital design files, including editable files and print-ready artwork, are not included with the purchase and will not be provided.
Completion Dates & Shipping
Requested completion dates are not guaranteed until confirmed by Lowcountry Showers.
Production and delivery timelines depend on design approval, final payment, product availability, and shipping requirements.
Any applicable shipping charges for the finished physical product will be included in the final invoice.
Customer Agreement
By purchasing the Custom Design Deposit and selecting the required policy acknowledgment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Lowcountry Showers Custom Design Policy & Terms.
