What does RTS mean?
RTS is an abbreviationg for Ready to Ship. Products marked RTS are already made and in stock. They will be shipped in 1-3 business days if not purchased with any MTO items.
What does MTO mean?
MTO is an abbreviation for Made to Order. Items marked MTO are made after an order is placed. Processing times vary per product, but can be found in the description of the product.
What is your turn around time?
Our current turn around time (TAT) is 14 business days (does not include weekend and holidays) for most products. The TAT for our tumblers is currently 6 weeks.
What does TAT mean?
TAT stands for turn around time. It's the time it takes for me to create the product and ship it to you after the order is placed.
Do you provide insurance coverage for packages?
All products are shipped Priority via USPS. This comes with a $50 insurance coverage for lost/damaged packages. If you need additional coverage, please note that at the time of checkout and you will be sent an invoice to pay for additional coverage. If invoice is not paid by the time product is to be shipped, your package will only be covered with the $50 coverage plan.
What carrier do you ship with?
We currently ship via USPS using Priority Mail, but can ship with other carriers upon request. Requesting a carrier change, may result in a higher shipping cost.
What is your return policy?
Sales of custom/personalized items are final. Replacements/refunds will only be made if there was a mistake made by LCS. Any damages from shipping need to be reported to USPS and LCS with pictures of damaged item. This must be done within 3 days of item being delivered.
