  • What does TAT mean?
    TAT stands for Turn Around Time. It refers to the time required to create and ship your product after the order is placed. Our current TAT is 14 business days for most products, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • What does RTS mean?
    RTS is an abbreviationg for Ready to Ship. Products marked RTS are already made and in stock. They will be shipped in 1-3 business days if not purchased with any MTO items.
  • What does MTO mean?
    MTO stands for Made to Order. Items labeled as MTO are created after an order is placed. Processing times vary by product and can be found in the product description.
  • What is your turn around time?
    Our current turn around time (TAT) is 14 business days (does not include weekend and holidays) for most products. The TAT for our tumblers is currently 6 weeks.
  • What carrier do you ship with?
    We primarily ship via USPS using Priority Mail. However, we can accommodate requests to ship with other carriers. Please note that requesting a different carrier may result in higher shipping costs. For special requests, please email us at contact@lowcountryshowers.com.
  • Do you provide insurance coverage for packages?
    All products are shipped Priority via USPS, which includes $50 insurance coverage for lost or damaged packages. If you require additional coverage, please indicate this at checkout. An invoice for the additional coverage will be sent to you. If the invoice is not paid by the shipping date, your package will only be covered by the $50 insurance plan.   • What is your return policy?
    Sales of custom/personalized items are final. Replacements/refunds will only be made if there was a mistake made by Lowcountry Showers. Any damages from shipping need to be reported to USPS and Lowcountry Showers with pictures of the damaged item. This must be done within 3 days of item delivery. Requests for an exchange/refund for made-to-order or ready-to-ship items must be made within 7 days of item delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition. The decision to grant an exchange/refund will be made after the item has been received and inspected by Lowcountry Showers. If approved, the refund will take 14-20 days based on the payment method, and the exchange will take up to 14 days depending on inventory.
