Is shipping insurance included with my order?

Yes — USPS Priority Mail packages include $50 of insurance for lost or damaged items. If you'd like extra coverage, let us know at checkout and we’ll send you an invoice for the additional amount. How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Most orders ship within 14 business days. Custom tumblers and specialty drinkware may take 3–6 weeks depending on the design, materials, and current order volume. Please review the product description for the most up-to-date turnaround time for your item.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Custom and personalized items are final sale. If we make an error, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. For shipping damage, please contact USPS and let us know within 3 days of delivery, along with photos of the issue. For made-to-order or ready-to-ship items, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. We’ll review every return before approval, and timing depends on stock.
