What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards. You may also check out using PayPal.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final due to the fact that ALL items are made to order. Replacements/refunds will only be made if there was a mistake made by LCS.
Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not.
Will my cost decrease if I provide the t-shirts for my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept orders for shirts where the shirt is provided by the customer, but if we did, your cost would not decrease. The same amount of work is required to create the custom shirt.
Will my cost decrease if I provide the drinkware (mug, glass, etc.) for my order?
No your cost will not decrease. The same amount of work is required to create your custom item.
What is your turn around time?
Our current turn around time (TAT) is 14 business days (does not include weekend and holidays) for most products. The TAT for our tumblers is currently 6 weeks.
